Delivery Information

Withdrawal / Return


All customers have the right to return the products purchased without charge by completing the relevant withdrawal request, which must be faxed or emailed to info@hillas.gr, and return the product within ten (10) calendar days from the date of receipt.
As concerns the refund, the product should be in its original packaging in the condition it delivered, complete, without damage (both product and packaging) and not used. It is also required to be accompanied by the original proof of purchase or purchase invoice. Before returning, the customer must contact info@hillas.gr e-mail to determine the time of pickup. Repayment of the purchase price made in the same way that the payment has made for their purchase.
In case of return of the products, the refund of the money corresponding to the products ordered by the customer will be completed within 30 days from the date when the company will receive the returned products. The refund can be made by crediting the customer's bank account, which will be communicated to hillas.gr in time and writing.
In this case, the customer is charged with the return expenses.
In the case of ordering with incomplete data such as incorrect code, size or choice of color and size, the products can be replaced with a simultaneous charge of the customer with return and replacement costs of 10 €

Product Replacement


If wrongfully (wrong or missing from the shipment) or defective products were delivered at the fault of The Company, the customer may either refuse to accept the product from the outset or request his return.
In this case, the company must immediately replace the product at its own expense. In the event of a replacement, the Return procedure is followed.
If no defect or lack is declared, the receipt is considered unconditional, and The Company has no responsibility.
If within ten days the customer fails to declare an error, defect or lack, the receipt is considered unconditional, and The Company has no responsibility.

Products delivery


If a client have chosen to pick up the products from our store, delivery of the products will only be made to the buyer personally by showing his original identity or passport and credit card.
It is forbidden to deliver the products to a third party unless the buyer authorises a third person in writing . In case of written authorisation, the approved person should display the above documents to complete the delivery of the products.

Delivery time

Delivery takes place within four days from the date of order and depends on the availability of the products. In exceptional circumstances and provided that the customer has been informed beforehand, delivery time may be extended.
For most Gold Jewelry delivery times are 15 days unless they are readily available.

Shipping method is chosen by the client and it's either ELTA (Greek Post) or a Courier company

Expedited Shipping

For UK: DHL, 20 € flat rate with 1 day delivery

For UK: FEDEX, 8 € flat rate, with 3-4 days delivery

For EU (Except UK): DHL, 12 € flat rate with 1 day delivery

USA/Canada: FEDEX, 8€ with 3-4 days delivery

Rest of the world: 10-15 days

Irrespective of the payment method, any shipping and handling fees are charged to the client/buyer. If cash on delivery is the active payment method the full amount is paid to the latter at the courier's agent upon delivery and receipt of the goods.
